The Tastes of Indochina is designed for the travelers to sample different tourist highlights of Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos in 12 days.
The tour starts in Siem Reap home to the Temples of Angkor and finishes in Luang Phabang, the Royal Capital city of Laos. The tour covers 05 World Heritage Sites including: the Temples of Angkor, Hoi An Old Town, Hue Imperial Citadel, Ha Long Bay and Luang Phabang.
The pace of the tour is easy. There is a lot of free time for the traveler to discover the place at their own pace.
Accommodation for the tour can range from adventure hotels to luxurious 5-star hotels and resorts depending on individual requests. On the tour, we’ll use airplanes, private tourist boat, A/C car/bus. Taste Indochina in a time-saving way!

Day1 Arrive in Siem Reap
Welcomed at the airport by our tour guide and transferred to the hotel.
Day2 Siem Reap (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning tour of Angkor Thom – the South Gate and the enigmatic Bayon Temple in the center of Angkor Thom.
Walking tour further to the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King, Royal Enclosure and the Phimeanakas.
Travel back to Siem Reap for refreshment.
Afternoon tour of the celebrated Angkor Wat. Have 2 to 3 hours for a guided tour, including free time to explore the upper levels of the Angkor Wat Temple.
Late afternoon, travel to Phnom Bakheng to climb to the hilltop temple for the stunning sunset view over the countryside and Angkor Temples.
Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day3 Siem Reap-Saigon (VN828:1820-1920) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Take a long morning tour through the countryside to visit Banteay Srey with some of the most impressive deep sculptures, continue to Banteay Samre.
In the afternoon take a trip to visit Banteay Kdei, Ta Prohm (embraced by roots and creepers) and Takeo, then travel back to Siem Reap Airport for the flight to Saigon. Meet the tour guide in Saigon and travel to the hotel.
Overnight in Saigon.
Day4 Saigon City Tour (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the War Remnants Museum, Binh Tay market (located in the heart of China town) and ThienHau pagoda. The Reunification Palace reminds us some historical memories of the past. We'll drive around to the Emperor of Jade Temple, the Cathedral, the General Post Office, the Municipal Theater - the former Parliament Building, then travel back to the hotel.
Have the afternoon relaxing at our own pace.
Overnight in Saigon.
Day5 Saigon – Da Nang – Hoi An (VN324:1120-1230) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free at leisure until having a transfer back to the airport for the flight to Da Nang. Meet the tour guide in Da Nang and travel to Hoi An Ancient Town. After checking into the hotel, we’ll have relaxing time touring Hoi An at our own pace. Overnight in Hoian.
Day6 Hoi An - Hue (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Travel through the countryside to Hue Imperial City.
Arriving in Hue, check into the hotel and have time for refreshment. In the afternoon, have a cruise on the scenic Perfume River to visit the heavenly Thien Mu Pagoda and King Tu Duc’s Tomb.
Travel back to the hotel. Overnight in Hue.
Day7 Hue - Hanoi (VN244:1440-1550) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Have a tour of Hue Imperial Citadel and Dong Ba Market. Then have time for refreshment.
In the afternoon, we’ll transfer you back to Phu Bai Airport for your flight to Hanoi-The Capital City of Peace.
Meet our tour guide at Noi Bai Airport and travel to the hotel.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day8 Hanoi City Tour (1/2 Day) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Our morning tour starts with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace; this whole area reminds you some parts of the Vietnamese history and the most revered man of the nation.
Then we’ll visit the Temple of Literature - 1st University of Vietnam and the Ngoc Son temple. We’ll have a walking tour of the Old Quarter and free time for shopping in the narrow hustling bustling streets of the Old Town which dated back from the 11th century.
Travel back to the hotel and have relaxing time for exploring the town at our own pace.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day9 Hanoi - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi (B/L)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Drive 170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red River Delta where you'll see many farmers tilling their green fields to Ha Long city.
Upon arrival, we board our private boat for 5 hour cruise on the pristine emerald water of Ha Long Bay. The cruise brings us through many green limestone islands which offer hidden caves.
We enjoy the local fresh seafood for lunch, then join our car for the trip back to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Day10 Hanoi - Vientiane (VN841:0825-0930). Vientiane - Luang Phabang (QV103: 1700-1740) (B)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Arriving at Vientiane Airport, you’ll be welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to the city of Vientiane. Starting the tour of Vientiane with Vat Sisaket, with its thousands of miniature Buddha statues, Vat Prakeo, Vat Simuang, the That Luang Monument and Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomphe, the Patouxai Monument. And then we’ll visit a state-owned workshop producing ceramics, woodcarving, bronze and copper work as well as traditional Lao musical instruments.
In the afternoon, transfer back to the airport for the flight to the Royal Capital of Luang Phabang, a World Heritage Site. Overnight in Luang Phabang.
Day11 Luang Phabang (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Full day free at leisure.
Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day12 Depart Luang Prabang (B)
Have free time at leisure until having a transfer back to the airport for your departure.
