Vietnam New Year Holidays in 2012

January in 2012 is a BIG MONTH for the Vietnamese as there are 2 new year celebrations with long public holidays in Vietnam. These two big events will result in closing of banks, governmental offices and these may lead to intermittent operations of travel offices, of local tour operators, of restaurants,...and other travel-related service providers in the country. Tickets for flights, for trains and for public buses may be expected not available during the time. There may be certain level of chaos in traffic in major cities.

For the New Year in 2012, the Vietnamese will have 2 days for public holidays on 1-January and 2-January.

For the Lunar New Year (or Vietnamese Tet), the Vietnamese will have 9 days for public holidays starting on 21-January-2012 and finishing on 29-January-2012.

During those two public holidays, Paradissa office is closed. But our travel experts still work on shift, answer phone 24/7, check emails intermittently and work on urgent matters in a timely manner. All new queries or booking requests will be processed as soon as we can. Confirmations of new booking's services will expect to be delayed, as our service partners will not be working as usual.

The hot-line number for reaching Paradissa during the new year's holidays in Vietnam: +8491 330 5568 (for calls from overseas) and 091 330 5568 (for domestic calls in Vietnam).
