BARS AND RESTAURANTS

• The Four Seasons Restaurant presents an extensive selection of international cuisine, a mix of Asian and Western specialties. The most popular choice is the authentic Japanese cuisine cooked by international chefs. Capacity of 200 guests.

The special A la Carte Japanese menu features appetizers, sushi, raw seafood, etc. Do not forget to try the delicious and spicy Thai food, lovingly prepared by the Thai chef. His signature dishes are traditional Thai soups and seafood dishes.

The regular International Buffet Breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold dishes  is served daily from 6am-10am.

Drinks: Special Sake imported from Japan, French champagnes, Italian wines and imported liquors are among the many beverages available. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are also on the menu.

• Bay View Restaurant on the second floor, you will enjoy an intriguing menu of Western and Asian cuisine while basking in the view of the pristine bay. A renowned team of both international and Vietnamese chefs creates the tempting dishes available from our specialty menu featuring fresh seafood and quality meats prepared with classic and contemporary flair. The cozy ambience is complete with popular melodies from the resident musician; catchy tunes and traditional music reverberate up from the live band performing each evening down in the lobby. Capacity of 70 guests.

CONFERENCE AND EVENT FACILITIES

The hotel provides a wide array of small and large banquet and meeting rooms seating up to 200 people, fully equipped for the executive guests requiring the most modern conference equipment and administrative services  such as overhead projectors, fax, personal computers and secretarial and translation support.

Since its opening in 1997, the hotel has welcomed hundreds of international and Vietnamese VIP, including national leaders and senior delegations visiting for important meetings and conferences.
