Hanoi-ThaiNguyen-BacCan-BaBe

 

Day1: Hanoi-BaBe

Drive   270 km from (7 hours) Hanoi to BaBe national park. Arrive in BacCan town for lunch. After lunch drive further into the national park. Check into BaBe hotel which is located right in the middle of the forest. Overnight in BaBe.

  BaBe  is a relatively untouched area boasting waterfalls , rivers, lakes, valleys and caves set amid towering peaks.  The area is inhabited by members of the Zao, Tay ethnic minorities.

Day2:BaBe Lake

Have full day for the excursion on BaBe lake. During the cruise on the lake, we will visit the limestone cave of Puong which is 300 mettres long, or having a fresh swim in the crystal clear water, or having 1 hour trek to a Tay village. We will have lunch in a thatched-hut food stall. The food is nothing special but the atmosphere is just great. After lunch we'll cruise back to our hotel. Free time for a walk before dinner. Overnight in BaBe hotel. (B)

Day 3. BaBe-Hanoi

 We have an early breakfast this morning before bidding farewell to the wilderness of BaBe national park for the 7 hours journey back to Hanoi with a stopover in ThaiNguyen city for lunch. After lunch you'll have time to explore one of the most interesting ethnology museums in Vietnam before driving back to Hanoi.(B)

 ThaiNguyen city is the capital of ThaiNguyen province with the famous product of green tea. Remember to get some green tea when passing this city.
