VIETNAM GREEN TOUR

Hanoi-Hoalu-TamCoc-BichDong-Halong-Hue-HoiAn-NhaTrang-Saigon-CuChi-TayNinh

Day1: Arrival in Hanoi

Paradissa Travel tour guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.  Overnight in Hanoi

Day2: Hanoi-Hoalu-TamCoc-BichDong-Hanoi (by car/van)

We drive 130 km ( 2 hours) from Hanoi to Hoalu district. In Hoalu we'll visit 2 temples dedicated to 2 royal families of Vietnam in 10th century. After that our car takes us through the magnificent countryside of North Vietnam typified with green limestone mountains jutting out of the green paddy fields to Tamcoc town for lunch. After lunch, we get on bamboo rowing boats for the trip on the river through the green rice paddy surrounded by ranges of green limestone mountains. After 3 hours of the rowing boat trip, we drive 2 km to BichDong pagodas, complex of pagodas built into limestone mountain cliffs from 15th century with unreal scenery around. After a visit to the top pagoda, we drive back to Hanoi.  Overnight in Hanoi (B)

Day3: Hanoi city tour( by car/van)

 You  have full day exploring the 1000 year old capital of Vietnam . You will visit different highlights of Hanoi including: HoChiMinh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, HoChiMinh Museum, the NgocSon temple, the Temple of Literature-1st University of Vietnam,  the TranQuoc Pagoda-Nation founding pagoda,  the QuanThanh temple.  In the afternoon, we'll have 1 hour rickshaw ride around the old quarter. At 6.30, we'll take you to a traditional water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi. (B)

Day4: Hanoi-Halong-Hanoi( by car/van)

Drive 170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red river delta where you'll see Vietnamese farmer tilling their fields to Halong city. Upon arrival, we board our private boat for 5 hour cruise on the pristine emerald water of The-World-Heritage listed Halong Bay. The cruise brings us through many green limestone islands to some beautiful caves. We値l sample the local fresh seafood for lunch before finishing the cruise and drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi(B,L)

Day5: Hanoi-Hue( by airplane)

You have the morning free. At 11.00 a.m we transfer you to NoiBai airport for the 12.50 flight to Hue. Upon arrival in Hue  (around 2.00), you値l be transferred to your hotel and we head out for the citadel tour. Overnight in Hue. (B)

Day6: Hue-HoiAn( by car/van)

In the morning we take a cruise on the romantic Perfume riverwhich flows through the heart of this imperial city. During the cruise we値l visit the ThienMu pagoda and king MinhMang痴 tomb. Our car takes us from the tomb back to the city. After lunch, we drive 136km(4 hours) to the once great trading port of HoiAn. On the way, we'll have brief stops on HaiVan pass, at the Marble mountains and the stone carving village. Overnight in HoiAn. (B)

Day7: HoiAn

After breakfast we値l take an oriented walking tour around the Old Quarter of HoiAn. We値l visit old merchant houses, enjoy traditional music, a museum, the Japanese bridge and a Chinese congregational assembly. In the afternoon, you値l have free time for hanging around the pristine CuaDai beach. Overnight in HoiAn. (B)

Day8: HoiAn-NhaTrang( by airplane)

After breakfast, at 8.45 you'll be transferred to Danang airport for the 10.20 a.m flight to NhaTrang beach city. Upon arrival (about 11.40 a.m), our car will take you to your hotel and the rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in NhaTrang. (B)

NhaTrang possesses the most outstanding beaches in Vietnam. With turquoise transparent water, many white sand beaches and the superb coral reefs around the magnificent offshore islands, NhaTrang is no doubt a paradise for snorkeling and scuba-diving. Also around NhaTrang city, there are the Po Nagar Cham tower,   the ThapBa hotspring, a very interesting Oceanographic Institute and Yersin Museum. During your stay those may be the places to visit.

Day9: Boat Cruise in NhaTrang

At 9.00 we take our private boat for a cruise to explore the untouched off-shore islands of NhaTrang. You値l have time to explore the magnificent coral reefs with snorkeling gears. Lunch will be served on board with fresh local sea food. Overnight in NhaTrang. (B,L)

Day10:NhaTrang-Saigon( by airplane)

You have free time until transferred to the airport for the 12.25 p.m flight to Saigon. Upon arrival( around 13.30 p.m), you'll be escorted to the city. After checking into your hotel, you have some time for lunch before we go out for the city tour of the most vibrant city of Vietnam. We値l visit the Cathedral, the General Post Office, the Re-unification Palace (from outside), the former US Embassy, the Municipal Theater and BinhTay Market located right in China town. Overnight in Saigon. (B)

Day11:Saigon-CuChi

We drive 70 km to CuChi once famous for the legendary  tunnel system which at the height stretched  over 250 km. In CuChi, you'll have a great chance of checking out these tunnels of 3 levels  and finding out how life of the local people was during the  war. We drive back to HoChiMinh city in time for lunch. You have the rest of the day free. Overnight in Saigon. (B)

Cuchi tunnel was built from 1948 and gradually turned into system of tunnels which sheltered the VC during the war. In the tunnel, there are dormitories, toilets, meeting rooms, dining rooms, water wells and even a rudimentary hospital which made it possible for the fighters to stay underground for weeks.

Day12:Departure

You have free time for your last shopping before transferred to TanSonNhat airport for your departure. Time to bid farewell to this beautiful country and people. (B)
