The Tram Gian Pagoda - Ha Tay

Tram Gian Pagoda or Quang Nghiem Tu is located on top of the Tran Mountain with large garden of old big timber trees. The pagoda was built in the 12th century (around 1185 A.D) and the name of the pagoda means “The Pagoda of a Hundred Compartments”. Most of the current architecture was from the 17th century.

Yen Tu Pagoda - Quang Ninh

Yen Tu Pagoda is a complex of pagodas in the mountain of Yen Tu; 14km from Mao Khe Town, 60km from Halong City and 110km from Hanoi.

Tam Thanh Cave - Lang Son

Tam Thanh Cave is the biggest cave in Lang Son City, next to the To Thi Mountain, 2km from the city center. The cave is 400m long and has openings to both sides of the mountain. There are different sections inside the cave, the outer one is home to the Tam Thanh Pagoda. A trip to the Tam Thanh Cave combined with the To Thi Mountain could take 2-3 hours easily.

 

The Do Temple Festival - Bac Ninh

The Do Temple Festival is held at Dinh Bang, Bac Ninh Vietnam on the 14th and 15th of the third lunar month. The festival commemorates the coronation of King Ly Cong Uan (Ly Thai To).
