The Kleang Pagoda in Soc Trang Vietnam is among the most beautiful Khmer Pagodas in town and in the Mekong Delta. The Kleang Pagoda is 1km from the center of Soc Trang City. If you travel to Soc Trang from Tra Vinh or Can Tho, then the pagoda is right on the way into the city boasting its splendid architecture and lush timber trees.

The main building of Kleang Pagoda is on a raised ground surrounding by the monk quarters, the study area and the monument area

Like most Khmer Wat, Kleang Pagoda's main building is surrounded by pillars lining the corridors

 
To get to the main pagoda, one has to cross a gate with the Mount-Meru-like roof

 
Apart from the beautiful pagodas, Kleang also has study quarters and monk quarters with great Khmer style buildings
