La grotte de Tam Thanh est la plus grande grotte dans la ville de Lang Son, à côté de la montagne de To Thi, à 2 km du centre de la ville. La grotte mesure à 400m de long et a des ouvertures sur les deux côtés de la montagne. Il y a des différentes sections à l'intérieur de la grotte, l'externe des celles est la pagode de Tam Thanh. Un voyage à la Grotte de Tam Thanh combinée avec une visite de la montagne de To Thi pourrait prendre 2-3 heures facilement.

After passing a series of ponds and stream, you'll see light at the end of the cave

 

Climbing the uneven rocky path out, you'll get a fresh view of the other side of the mountain

 

Though the cave is huge inside, the opening is just small

At another corner of the cave, there's an opening on the ceiling which allows magical lights to travel through shining on a stage like in a theatre
