The Nhan Cham Tower is on top of the Nhan Mountain in Tuy Hoa City. The mountain top is 64m above the sea level which offers amazing views of the sea, of Tuy Hoa City and the surrounding countryside.

The Nhan Tower was built at the end of the 11th century. The height of the tower is 23.5m with 3 main parts: the basement, the body and the top. The basement has a square shape with each side of 10m. The body goes vertically up with different straight pillars on the four sides bearing the feel of steadiness and elegance. The top is to depict Mount Meru in Hindu Mythology which is composed of different pillars tapering to the top.

The whole complex faces east and is built with fired bricks in between of them there are no gaps or mortar or glue visible. The mystery remains of all Cham ruins in Vietnam that all explanations fail convincing evidence.

The Nhan Cham Tower is believed to be another Kalan for worshiping. But there is no altar inside the tower save a small shrine to the front dedicated to Thien Y Ana, mother of the land.
