GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

Notes: Please know that Vietnam often lacks tourist services in some areas. That's why we would strongly suggest that the clients should give us enough time (2 - 12 months) to arrange the right services as requested.

Reservation and Confirmation
Reservations are to be made to Paradissa Travel Vietnam office. Upon confirmation of a reservation, an amount of USD 100 ( One hundred US dollars) deposit is requested, and the total package tour price for the services should be paid at least 60 days (sixty days) prior to the client's arrival in Vietnam or starting date of the tour, or otherwise Paradissa Travel shall at its discretion cancel all the bookings or parts of the bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Paradissa Travel by the client.

Payment
Except as otherwise agreed by Paradissa Travel, the Client's payment shall be executed by cash or by bank account transfer. In case of bank transfer, all banking fees shall be borne by the clients. Payment shall be made to the below account or another designated bank account by Paradissa Travel:

Cancellation
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
Prior to 60 days before arrival: the total amount of deposit which has been paid.
From 45 to 60 days before starting services: 20%
From 35 to 45 days before starting services: 50%
From 14 to 35 days before starting services: 80%
Later than 14 days before starting services: 100%

Refund of Unused Services
No refund or exchange can be made in respect of the accommodation, meals, transportation, admission fees or any other service which is included in the tour prices but not used by the client.

Liability and Insurance
Paradissa Travel shall always do all within its capability to provide the committed services to the clients . It is agreed by the clients and Paradissa that Paradissa Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, local tourist offices and other service providers providing the services to the client, and that insurances are not included in Paradissa Travel tour prices. Paradissa Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the client. Additional expenses incurred due to airline delays, airlines cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrests shall be borne by the client.

Claims & Litigations
All disputes, claims and litigations regarding the services provided by Paradissa Travel to the client shall first be settled by negotiation and mutual understanding. In the case that negotiation and mutual understanding would fail, the disputes, claims or litigations shall be settled by the Vietnamese substantive and procedural laws, and by a Vietnamese court or/and by a Vietnamese arbitration body. All claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the end of the services, or otherwise shall be null and void .

Confirming and booking of the services from Paradissa Travel implies full agreements to the above conditions by all parties involved.
