Long Hai is a small town and fishing centre, about 120 km southeast of HCMC, 25 km northeast of Vung Tau City and 15 km southeast of Ba Ria City, a new administrative and commercial centre of the Province Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Long Hai has a long expanse of sandy beaches running the full length of the sleepy town covered in trees.
Long Hai is not yet developed and popular as Vung Tau, hence perfect for the travellers to get away from the crowd. A vacation of 2-3 days to Long Hai from Sai Gon would help you fully recovered from heavy work.

There’s only 3 star beach resort nestled amid trees in Long Hai. Most other facilities are of basic standards.
Getting there and away
Long Hai is 1h 30minutes drive from Sai Gon. The road and traffic conditions are fairly good.
Getting around
There’s not much to do in Long Hai except for relaxing and get unwound on the beach and strolling on the waterfront. Alternatively you may like to hire a motorbike and drive around to visit the pristine surrounding countryside.
