Booking Conditions

We keep it clear in mind that your holiday is very important to you and that your satisfaction of our services is vital to us. We understand that it is more and more competitive in the travel industry and it is easy for you to find alternatives rather than booking from us. We are well aware that if we don't get satisfaction from you on your holiday, then our own business is at stake. We know if one client is dissatisfied of our service, then such dissatisfaction shall spread to many of our potential clients who we will never get a vote for from.

Paradissa is aware that there are a lot of scams out there on the internet world and that gaining trust from our clients would require time. That's why we do all we could to earn trust from our clients and we do our bests to facilitate your booking of travel services with us. So, if you should be in any doubt that your money should be 100% put in the safe hands, please indicate in your request that the full outstanding payment be settled when starting the tour with us in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia.

Making the right arrangements for you is our obligation, our commitment and our life. Some parts of our job can not be completed without your co-operation and we need you to understand clearly your obligations before booking with us. We just wish your experience with us is hassle-free, enjoyable and unforgettable. Please therefore spend some time studying the below Booking Conditions which form the fundamental agreements between you and us. All of your bookings with us with no exception are subject to the below Booking Conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS


Parties
The parties indicated herein include
1/Paradissa Co. Ltd who is hereafter referred to as Paradissa Travel
2/The individual person, or organization who has committed to booking services from Paradissa Co. Ltd and has paid to Paradissa Co. Ltd., totally or partially, who is hereafter referred to as the Client.

In the case that the Client is a party of more than 01 person, then the party leader must have attained at least to the age of 18 and must be authorized to make the booking on the basis these Terms and Conditions by all the named persons of the party. By confirming the booking, the party leader is confirming so authorized and that the party leader is responsible for all due payments to Paradissa Travel.

Reservation and Confirmation
Reservations are to be made to Paradissa Travel Office or via one of our authorized travel agents. Upon confirmation of a reservation, an amount of USD 300 (Three hundred US Dollars) deposit is requested, and the total package price shall be paid at least 60 days (sixty days) prior to the Client's starting date of the arrangements, or otherwise Paradissa Travel may at its discretion cancel the bookings without any refund of the amount already paid to Paradissa Travel by the Client.

Payment
Except as otherwise agreed by Paradissa Travel, the client's payment shall be executed by cash or bank transfer. In case of bank transfer, all the banking fees shall be borne by the Client. Payments by bank transfer are to be made to the below account:

Cancellation
Cancellations shall be charged as follows:
Prior to 60 days before starting services booked from Paradissa: the total amount of deposit which has been paid.
From 45 through 60 days (inclusive) before starting services: 20%
From 35 through 44 days (inclusive) before starting services: 50%
From 14 through 34 days (inclusive) before starting services: 80%
Less than 14 days before starting services: 100%

Refund of Unused Services
No refund, credit or exchange can be made for the accommodation, meals, transportation, admission fees or any other service which is included in the tour price but not utilized by the client.

Change of Booking
Paradissa Travel shall reserve the right to change certain aspects of a service, or a holiday package without any refund to the Clients in the cases that required by the facts that are beyond our control (force majeure), or that the original service doesn't meet the standards required by us, or for a better valued alternative. In the case of better-valued alternative Paradissa Travel shall need the agreement from the Client before the change shall be made.

All changes made by Paradissa Travel to a booking which has been confirmed by Paradissa Travel shall be informed to the Clients at the earliest possible opportunity.

In the case that any aspect of a booking which has been confirmed by Paradissa Travel shall be changed by the Client, then Paradissa Travel shall do all its efforts to assist with. All additional charges incurred from the change shall be borne by the Client.

In the case that the Client wish to make a change, or changes to a confirmed booking; or if the Client wish to change to a new holiday package, which requires cancellation of the original service, then the Cancellation Clause shall apply.

In the case that the Client wish to make a change to the name on an already-issued air ticket, then the Client shall pay for the cancellation fee of the original ticket and the charges incurred for reserving the new ticket, in this case the reserving on the new air ticket shall be subject to availability.

In the case that the Client can not travel as originally-planned as per the confirmed booking, then the Client shall be able to transfer the booking to another person provided that all the following requirements are met:
1/ All charges incurred from the transfer shall have been paid fully to Paradissa Travel by the Client before the transfer can be finalized;
2/ The transferee shall agree fully to these Booking Conditions;
3/ Paradissa Travel shall have a reasonable amount of time to make the transfer calculating from the point in time the transfer request is made to the time the service is started;
4/ The transfer shall be subject to availability confirmation by our suppliers since the transfer requires a change in name of a person.

Liability
Paradissa Travel acts as an intermediary between the Client and the local tour guides, local sub-contractors and suppliers. The Client shall be fully-informed by Paradissa Travel, before and during booking and while the services are being carried out, and well-perceived of the contractual obligations of the local tour guides, local sub-contractors and suppliers while rendering the respective contractually-obliged services to the Client.

The standards of the services provided by Paradissa Travel shall be defined by the laws of the country in which the service is carried out and the local customs and conditions at the time that the service is provided. Paradissa Travel use these standards and no other while communicating with the Client of the services the Client is to receive. Below-standard services are the services rendered to the Clients below the having-been-agreed standards between the Client and Paradissa Travel.

Paradissa Travel shall be liable for
a/The loss, injury and damage to the Client's being or/and the Client's property only when there's presence of negligent acts and/or omissions of the local tour guides, sub-contractors and suppliers while excercising as required by both the contract between Paradissa Travel and the Client and the contract between Paradissa Travel and such tour guides, sub-contractors and suppliers. In such a case that Paradissa Travel shall be held responsible for the loss, injury and damage to the Client's being or/and property, the liability of Paradissa Travel shall be limited to the maximum amount of one and a half the tour cost.

b/Below-standard services only when there's presence of negligent acts and/or omissions of the local tour guides, sub-contractors and suppliers while excercising as required by both the contract between Paradissa Travel and the Client and the contract between Paradissa Travel and such tour guides, sub-contractors and suppliers. In such a case that Paradissa Travel is responsible for below-standard services, the liability of Paradissa Travel is limited to the maximum amount equal to such service cost.

Except for the two hereabove-mentioned cases, Paradissa Travel shall be exempted from any liability.

In the case of “Force Majeure” or “Act of God”, both parties are free from liabilities.

Insurance
Insurance is not included in Paradissa Travel tour prices. The Client must have travel insurance of which the policy covers remote evacuation by helicopter and repatriation before booking with Paradissa Travel. Paradissa Travel shall be informed of all the details of the Client's travel insurance before the Client starts the services with us.

Paradissa Travel is not responsible for requesting and/or verifying the travel insurance details provided by the Client and that the Client's misinformation of the travel insurance details to Paradissa Travel may result in Paradissa Travel's denial of providing the services to, and/or cancellation of the services reserved for the Client without paying any refund.

Complaints and Claims
Paradissa Travel must do its utmost to provide the committed services to the Client to retain and develop its reputation and its business, and that the Client's dissatisfaction of Paradissa Travel's services may result in Paradissa Travel's losing business in long terms.

The Client would like to receive the agreed arrangements provided by Paradissa Travel and that should there be a problem which should arise out of the agreed arrangements between the Client and Paradissa Travel, the problem may be rectified if Paradissa Travel knows of in time.

All complaints about the services provided by Paradissa Travel and claims for Paradissa Travel's failure to provide the services as agreed with the Client shall be informed to Paradissa Travel at the earliest possible opportunity. Failing to inform Paradissa Travel of a problem at the earliest opportunity shall be interpreted that Paradissa Travel are to have been deprived of the opportunity to verify and inspect the problem intentionally and/or the Client's unwillingness to receive the already booked services, either of which shall exempt Paradissa Travel of all possible liabilities.

All complaints and claims about or/and in connection with the services provided by Paradissa Travel must be informed to Paradissa Travel no later than 15 days after the conclusion of the services with Paradissa Travel, otherwise shall be null and void.

Applicable Laws
Vietnamese Law and no other shall apply to the Booking Conditions and any other agreements between the Client and Paradissa Travel. And all disputes between the Client and Paradissa Travel shall be heard in a Vietnamese Court.

If any of these Booking Conditions shall be found by any body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.

Booking of any tour with Paradissa Travel implies full agreement to the above Booking Conditions by all parties involved.
