TRIPS FROM HANOI

The trip takes you one day or half a day.
Our
tour starts with HoChiMinh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace; this
whole area reminds you some parts of the Vietnamese history and the
most revered man of the nation. Then we’ll visit TranQuoc Pagoda-Nation
founding pagoda, QuanThanh temple where you can enjoy the freshness
of the West Lake
and learn about the spiritual life of the Vietnamese. In
the afternoon, we’ll visit the Temple of Literature-1st University
of Vietnam and the NgocSon temple. We’ll have a walking tour
of the Old Quarter and free time for shopping in the narrow hustling
bustling streets of the Old Town which dated back from the 11th
century. In late afternoon, we'll take you to a traditional water
puppet show for sampling this Vietnamese unique art of water puppet
performance. After the show, we'll take you back to your hotel.

Hanoi-Halong/ trip code: H2

Drive 170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red River
Delta where you'll see many farmers tilling their green fields to
Halong city. Upon arrival, we board our private boat for 5 hour
cruise on the pristine emerald water of Halong Bay. The cruise brings
us through many green limestone islands to some beautiful caves.
We enjoy the local fresh seafood for lunch before finishing the
cruise and drive back to Hanoi.(L)

Hanoi-Hoalu-TamCoc-BichDong/ trip

We drive 130 km ( 2 hours) from Hanoi to Hoalu district. In Hoalu
we'll visit 2 temples dedicated to 2 royal families of Vietnam in
10th century. After that our car takes us through the magnificent
countryside of North Vietnam typical with green limestone mountains
jutting out of the green paddy fields to Tamcoc town for lunch.
After lunch, we get on bamboo boats for the cruise on the river
through the green rice paddy surrounded by ranges of green limestone
mountains. After 3 hours of the rowing boat trip, we drive 2 km
to BichDong pagodas, complex of pagodas built into limestone mountain
cliffs from 15th century with unreal scenery around. After some
walk to the top pagoda, we drive back to Hanoi finishing the tour.

Hanoi-HoaBinh-VanPhuc

We drive 74 km ( 1.5 hour) from Hanoi to HoaBinh town passing
through part of the scenic North-West mountainous region of Vietnam.
Upon arrival, we board our private boat and cruise on the Da river.
We'll visit villages of the Muong and the Dzao ethnic minorities
on the river bank. After the cruise, we drive back to HoaBinh town
for lunch before driving back to Hanoi. On the way back, we'll visit
the famous silk village of VanPhuc.(L)

Hanoi-BatTrang
Ceramics Village-ButThap Pagoda-DongKy Wooden Furniture Village-DenDo

We drive 30 km( 0.5 hour) from Hanoi to the famous 300 hundred
year-old Pagoda of ButThap. After that we drive 30 km through the
scenic countryside of the Red River to DongKy village where you
see all Vietnamese traditional wooden furnitures manually made decorated
with pearl mother inlays. Then we drive to DenDo Temple which is
dedicated to the 8 kings of the Ly dynasty in the 11,12 and 13 centuries.
We visit BatTrang traditional ceramic village before finishing the
tour.

Hanoi-Perfume Pagoda/ trip code: H6
We drive 60 Km ( 2 hours) from Hanoi to Perfume Pagoda.
Upon arrival, we board some bamboo boats and row 1,5 hour on the
Yen river surrounded by mountains to the Perfume Pagoda. On the
way, we will visit Trinh Temple just right on the river bank. We
get out of the boat at the foot of HuongTich mountain and from there
we hike to the top of the mountain which is 4000 m away to visit
the main pagoda. We'll also visit many pagodas built in to limestone
cliffs on the way to the top.
Notes: This trip may be hard for
some people who have difficulties in hiking. Be prepared with hiking
boots, please!

Hanoi-Thay Pagoda-TayPhuong

TayPhuong Pagoda
We drive 30 km( 45 minutes) from Hanoi to TayPhuong Pagoda
which was built in the 17th century, and is very famous for the
18 statues of La Han coated with lacquer paint. After that we visit
Thay Pagoda which was first built in 11 century. This one is located
at the foot of Thay mountain and has a neat setting. In here, you'll
have a chance to see the oldest stage for performing water puppet
right in the village lake. The trip takes half a day.

HaNoi-Cucphuong National Park/

Leaving Hanoi at 7.30, we drive (2 hours) 130km to Cucphuong national
park. Upon arrival, we take a walk around the Primate Center and
then drive further into the middle of the national park. In here,
you won't have to walk far to find interesting birds or trees. After
lunch right in the middle of the rain forest, we'll have free time
for a relaxing walk around and take a visit to the primitive cave
before driving back to Hanoi.(L)
