Hanoi-Perfume

Day1:
Arrival in Hanoi
Paradissa Travel tour
guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day2:Hanoi-Perfume pagoda-Hanoi
(by car).
We drive
60 Km ( 2 hours) from Hanoi to Perfume Pagoda. Upon arrival, we
board some rowing boats and row 1,5 hour on the Yen river surrounded
by mountains to the Perfume Pagoda. On the way, we will visit Trinh
Temple just right on the river bank. We get out of the boat at the
foot of HuongTich mountain and from there we hike to the top of
the mountain which is 4000 m away to visit the main pagoda. We'll
also visit many pagodas built in to limestone cliffs on the way
to the top. Overnight in Hanoi. (B)
Day3:Hanoi
city tour( by car/van)
You have full day
exploring the 1000 year old capital of Vietnam . You will visit
different highlights of Hanoi including: HoChiMinh Mausoleum, Presidential
Palace, HoChiMinh Museum, the NgocSon temple, the Temple of Literature-1st
University of Vietnam, the TranQuoc Pagoda-Nation founding pagoda,
the QuanThanh temple. In the afternoon, we'll have 1 hour rickshaw
ride around the old quarter. At 6.30, we'll take you to a traditional
water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi. (B)
Day4:
Hanoi-Halong( by car/van)
Drive
170 km(3.5 hours) from Hanoi through the heart of the Red river
delta where you'll see Vietnamese farmer tilling their fields
to Halong city. Upon arrival, we board our private boat for 5
hour cruise on the pristine emerald water of The-World-Heritage
listed Halong Bay. The cruise brings us through many green limestone
islands to some beautiful caves. We’ll sample the local fresh
seafood for lunch before finishing the cruise and drive Halong
city. Overnight in Halong. (B,L)

Day5:
Halong-HaiPhong- Hanoi-Hue (night train to Hue)
After breakfast, we
drive 2.5 hours(70 km) to Haiphong colonial city.We take 2 ferry-rides
to get to Haiphong. In Haiphong city, we will visit the famous DuHang
Buddhist Pagoda , have a walk around the French quarter, the flower
market. After lunch, we drive 2 more hours back to Hanoi. In the
evening, you'll take the Reunification Express train to Hue. Overnight
on board.(B,L)
Day6:
Arrival in Hue.
Arriving in Hue
in the morning, you'll be escorted to your hotel and have some time
for refreshment. After lunch, we'll head out for the cruise on the
romantic Perfume river which flows through the heart of this imperial
city. During the cruise we’ll visit the ThienMu pagoda and king
MinhMang’s tomb. Our car takes us from the tomb back to the city.
Overnight in Hue.
Day7:
Hue Citadel tour
In the morning
we'll have a tour of the ancient citadel of Hue, the only citadel
left in South East Asia and listed as the World Heritage site by
the UNESCO. The tour takes us 2.5 hours and the rest of the day
is free at leisure. Overnight in Hue. (B)
Day8:
Hue-HoiAn (by car)
In the morning,
we drive 136km(4 hours) to the once great trading port of HoiAn.
On the way, we'll have brief stop on HaiVan pass, at the Marble
mountains and the stone carving village. In the afternoon, we'll
have an oriented walking tour around the ancient town of HoiAn.
Strolling the narrow streets with a blend of Vietnamese, Chinese
and Japanese architecture, you'll have a chance of going back to
the 15, 16, 17th century when the town was filled with merchants
from around the world. Overnight in HoiAn. (B)
Day9:Full
day free in HoiAn. (No car or guide)
You have full
day shopping the fine silk, ceramics or antiques of HoiAn town or
hanging around the pristine white sand CuaDai beach. Overnight in
HoiAn.(B)
Day10:
Day train from Danang-NhaTrang beach city.
You have free
time in the morning until transferred to Danang train
station for
the day train to NhaTrang city. Arriving in NhaTrang in the evening,
you'll be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in
NhaTrang.(B)
Day11:
NhaTrang city. (night train to Saigon)
You'll have full day
free hanging on the beach. In the evening, you'll take the night
train to Saigon. Overnight on board. (B)
You can have another
alternative of snorkelling or scuba diving trip with extra cost.
Day12:
Arrival in Saigon.
Arriving
in Saigon in the early morning, you'll be transferred to your
hotel and the whole morning is free at leisure.
In the afternoon,
we'll take a brief city tour of Saigon including: the Great Cathedral,
the General Post Office, the Municipal theater, the former American
Embassy with the Tet offensive of 1968 and the Reunification palace
(from outside).
Day13:
Saigon-Cuchi-TayNinh-Saigon
After breakfast we
drive 2 hours( 70 km) to Cuchi-the famous tunnels during theWar.
You'll have a chance of understanding more about the war and experiencing
life underground in wartime. After the tunnels we drive 2 hours
more to the CaoDai Great Temple in TayNinh for the mass which takes
place at noon time. Then we drive back to HoChiMinh city. In the
evening, You'll have free time at leisure. Overnight in Saigon.

Day14:
Departure.
Your guide will escort
you to TanSanNhat international airport. It's time to bid farewell
to this beautiful country with the beautifully friendly people and
time to say goodbye to your fantastic holiday. (B)
