
Mai Chau Homestay Experience
Overview
Mai Chau Homestay Experience brings our travellers to the breathtaking valley of Mai Chau. On the trip we'll pass through Hoa Binh Town and the pristine mountain scenery of the North West of Vietnam. The tour involves walking with easy pace, homestaying and culture exploring. Our accommodation is homestay with a White Thai family on a house on stilts. The pristine natural settings, the easy and peaceful mountain life the the ethnic minority here never fail to charm the traveller. A relaxing holiday in Vietnam has been the norm for our travellers who got some time in Mai Chau.
Day1: Hanoi-MaiChau (L/D)
Day2: Mai Chau – Hoa Binh - Hanoi (B/L)

- Transportation as indicated in the program;
- Boat for cruising on the Ma River;
- Accommodation in a traditional house on stilts
- Meals as indicated in the program: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner;

Itinerary
Day1: Hanoi-MaiChau (L/D)
Meet our tour guide at your hotel and travel by road 4 hours (150 km) from Hanoi to Mai Chau. On the way we’ll be treated with the stunning mountain and valley views. We’ll stop on the way a few times for taking in the freshness of nature. Upon arrival, we’ll have time for refreshment and lunch.
In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy a walking tour around White Thai villages. Overnight with a Thai ethnic minority family in a house on stilts.
Day2: Mai Chau – Hoa Binh - Hanoi (B/L)
Have breakfast right at the house on stilts.
Drive further to Co Luong where we’ll enjoy a river cruise with a bit of mountain trekking to visit the villages on the river bank. Travel back to Mai Chau for luch. After lunch we’ll take the trip back to Hanoi.We trust you had an unforgettable homestay in Mai Chau.
