Hi,

Tour guide Arrow is excellent.  His English is very good, and he is also a very caring person and he had taken care of my family very well, including my parents in their 80s.  One example was that he helped my dad to find his lost medicine box from the hotel.  2 thumbs up. 

Driver is good.  It was a smooth journey.   The van is new and clean.  A small issue was that it had problem to open its door sometimes, and had to try a few times to open.   It’s minor. 

Hotel is nice and quiet.   Owners and staff are friendly.  Rooms were clean the air conditioning in my parent’s room (room 101 if I’m not mistaken) was not warm enough.  I tried to adjust it to its max but couldn’t help.  It’s acceptable but could be warmer.  Food was okay.  

It was a very nice journey.  Thank you to your team.
