Bac Kan

Bac Kan Province is situated in the North-East of Vietnam, bordered to the north and north-east by Cao Bang Province, to the east by Lang Son Province, to the south by Thai Nguyen Province and to the west by Tuyen Quang Province. Bac Kan Town, the provincial capital of Bac Kan Province, is 168km from Hanoi.

Tuyen Quang

Tuyen Quang is a mountainous province in the north-east of Vietnam, 155 km from Hanoi. Tuyen Quang borders Ha Giang and Cao Bang Provinces to the north, Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen Provinces to the east, Vinh Phuc and Phu Tho Provinces to the south and Yen Bai Province to the west.

 

Son La

Son La is 308km north-west of Hanoi. Son La Province is bordered to the east by Lao Cai, Yen Bai and Phu Tho Provinces, to the south-east by Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa Provinces, to the south by Laos, to the west by Dien Bien and Lai Chau Provinces.

Thanh Hoa

Thanh Hoa is located in the north of the Central Region of Vietnam, 160km south of Ha Noi. Thanh Hoa Province is bordered to the north by Son La, Hoa Binh and Ninh Binh Provinces; to the west by Laos; to the east by the East Vietnam Sea and to the South by Nghe An Province.

 

Cao Bang

Cao Bang is a mountainous province in the North East of Vietnam, 300 km from Ha Noi. The area offers wild towering mountains and colorful ethnic minorities of whom the culture has remained unchanged for centuries. Cao Bang is still off-the-tourist track and mass tourism has not arrived in the area yet.
