  • Can Tho is the capital city of the Mekong Delta of Vietnam with an area of 2,965 square km and a population of 1,820 people (2004).

  • Cao Bang is a mountainous province located in the North East of Vietnam. The province is bordered to the north and the east by China, to the West by Ha Giang Province and to the south by Lang Son, Bac Kan and Tuyen Quang Provinces. Cao Bang has a borderline of 333km with China.

  • Cao Bang, located to the North-East of Vietnam, literally means "High Plains" in Vietnamese. In fact, the terrains of Cao Bang include stretches of flat plains alternated by high mountain ranges. The province is home to a number of ethnic groups, of which most are the Kinh, the Tay and the Nung Peoples.

  • Cat Ba Island is located south of Ha Long Bay. The island is 354 km2 and inhabited by 25 000 peole. Half of the Island and about 90 km2 of the surrounding water was declared a national park in 1986.

  • The Charming Ha Noi of Vietnam Hanoi is the elegant capital city of Vietnam sprawling its way along the Red River banks. There are many lakes, parks and leafy quarters which make the city just freshly green all year round.

  • Con Dao is an archipelago of 16 islands in southern Vietnam. Con Dao is 180km from Vung Tau, 230km from Ho Chi Minh City and 83km from the river-mouth of Hau Giang River in Can Tho City. The total land area of Con Dao archipelago is 75km2, the biggest island of the archipelago, which is called Con Lon or also called Con Dao, is 51km2. Con Dao is a district of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

  • Con Dao Island is in fact an archipelago of 16 islands in southern Vietnam. The islands offer deserted sandy beaches and untouched national parks with diverse ecosystem. The travellers to Con Dao can choose a relaxing holiday on the beach, a challenging trekking adventure in the national park, a spectacular scuba-diving trip to explore the colorful coral reefs or to watch the sea turtles at night...

  • Da Lat is located on the Lang Biang Plateau, southern area of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Da Lat is characterized by pine forests, lakes, waterfalls, beautiful flower fields and French architecture.

  • Da Lat is perched on the Lang Biang Plateau, 45 minutes flights from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). The city offers temperate climate, green mountains, fresh waterfalls, serene lakes, romantic pine forests and elegant French architecture, which make it the destinations of Vietnamese honeymooners and artists. Paradissa has got several trips with our travellers to Da Lat and still it remains more than a charm.   • Da Nang City in Vietnam is the biggest commercial and industrial city in the Central Region of the country. Da Nang is among the most popular travel destinations in Vietnam with those of the finest sandy beaches in the country and in the world.

  •  Da Nang is located in the Central Region of Vietnam, known for its forty kilometers of white sand beaches running all the way from Son Tra Peninsula to Hoi An Ancient Town. The city could also be made as  a base for exploring the nearby tourist attractions including the Old Town of Hoi An, the Imperial Citadel of Hue, the Cham Ruins of My Son, Ba Na Hill Station... We can't recall how many times our team have travelled to this city; still for us, each return trip is no less exciting and our cameras are loaded full with photos of the experiences always...

  • Dak Lak is located in the heart of the Central Highlands of Vietnam, bordered to the north by Gia Lai, to the east by Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa and to the south by Lam Dong and Dak Nong, to the west by Cambodia. The provincial capital is Buon Ma Thuot City.

  • Dak Nong is located to the south-west of the Central Highlands of Vietnam. The province is bordered to the north, north-east and east by Dak Lak, to the south and south-east by Lam Dong, to the south and south-west by Binh Phuoc and to the west by Cambodia. The provincial capital is Gia Nghia Town.

  • Dien Bien Province is located in the North-West of Vietnam. Dien Bien shares border with China to the north-west, with Lai Chau to the north and north-east, with Son La to the east and south-east and south, with Laos to the south-west and west. Dien Bien has an international border-crossing with Laos at Tay Trang (Vietnam) – Sop Hun (Laos).

  • The French started attacking Vietnam in 1857 and managed to invade Sai Gon, southern Vietnam in 1858. From 1858 to 1865, the French marched northward and gradually invaded all of Vietnam. Along with its neighbors Laos and Cambodia, Vietnam was put into a French colony called Indochina.

  • Dong Thap Province is located to the north of the Mekong Delta, in southern Vietnam. The province shares border with Cambodia to the north, with Long An to the east, with Tien Giang and Vinh Long to the south-east, with Can Tho to the south-west, and with An Giang to the west. It may be possible that Dong Thap is out of the way, so most travellers don't make trips through the province. Dong Thap is visited by few adventure travellers who love straying from the well beaten path in Vietnam.

  • Dong Van Rock Plateau (or Dong Van Karst Plateau) is the highland in the most extreme north of Vietnam with majority of the terrain at 1,400-1.600m above sea level and with over 80% of the surface covered by just rocks and with high concentration of rocky peaks of over 2,000m above sea level. The rocks of Dong Van are said to contain fossils of 400million-600million years ago. The Rock Plateau of Dong Van was admitted to the member of UNESCO Global Geoparks Network on 3-October-2010.
