Dien Bien Phu

The French started attacking Vietnam in 1857 and managed to invade Sai Gon, southern Vietnam in 1858. From 1858 to 1865, the French marched northward and gradually invaded all of Vietnam. Along with its neighbors Laos and Cambodia, Vietnam was put into a French colony called Indochina.

Vietnamese Tet

 When the peach blossoms make the winter in northern Vietnam warmer and the apricot flowers make the sunshines in the central region and southern Vietnam brighter, the Vietnamese would make the last efforts wrapping up everything and rush home to celebrate Tet. The Vietnamese People, being dead or alive, from all regions of the country, all corners on earth, all walks of life,  and even in the afterlife would rush home in a real hurry for Tet.

 Da Nang is located in the Central Region of Vietnam, known for its forty kilometers of white sand beaches running all the way from Son Tra Peninsula to Hoi An Ancient Town. The city could also be made as  a base for exploring the nearby tourist attractions including the Old Town of Hoi An, the Imperial Citadel of Hue, the Cham Ruins of My Son, Ba Na Hill Station... We can't recall how many times our team have travelled to this city; still for us, each return trip is no less exciting and our cameras are loaded full with photos of the experiences always...

Da Lat Pictures - Lam Dong

Da Lat is perched on the Lang Biang Plateau, 45 minutes flights from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). The city offers temperate climate, green mountains, fresh waterfalls, serene lakes, romantic pine forests and elegant French architecture, which make it the destinations of Vietnamese honeymooners and artists. Paradissa has got several trips with our travellers to Da Lat and still it remains more than a charm. Architecture of Da Lat - Lam Dong

 After the discovery of Da Lat in the 19th century, the French colonialist wanted to turn Da Lat into the capital city of Indochina. Best efforts were made and the most talented architects were called in to build the city as beautiful as possible. The plan was aborted due to changes in the politics of Indochina. Still Da Lat benefited from the plan and remains as one of the most romantic destinations on Earth...

Cai Rang Floating Market is 30 minutes by boat from Can Tho City. People start coming to the market by boat from 04:00 or 05:00 A.M to sell agricultural products to wholesale traders, some retailers would come later to get goods for their shop at a local market in the region.

The Lak Lake - Dak Lak

The Lake Lake of 500ha is 56km from Buon Ma Thuot City and is untouched by mass tourism. The lake is on the way between Buon Ma Thuot City and Da Lat.

Vietnam is small in area, but the country possesses an amazing diversity in terrain. While North Vietnam offers rugged mountains and rocky plateau, the Central Region and the South of Vietnam offers stunning deserts and sand dunes.
